He has appeared in the House of Lords on issues concerning arbitration clauses in standard form contracts and on the "no loss" issue which has been the subject of much litigation in recent years, and regularly in the Court of Appeal on a wide range of issues including professional negligence, assignment, mistakes by adjudicators and contract formation.
