Issue 11 of 4 Pump Court's Construction Newsletter contains details of several recent and important decisions in which members of 4 Pump Court have been involved.

Of particular interest in this edition is a decision by Mr Justice Edwards-Stuart on applications for a stay of execution of adjudicators' decisions (a case in which Jonathan Lewis represented the successful claimant), together with a number of other notable adjudication enforcement judgments.
