11th Annual Construction Law Conference

Fiona Sinclair KC will speak at the 11th annual Construction Law Conference held by Thomson Reuters on the 12th October. The conference is designed to give delegates an insight in to key changes and developments in construction law from private practice experts as well as in-house speakers, ensuring they are fully briefed on the implications of these advances.

Fiona will be part of a panel session which will address “The Importance of Being Earnest: Deploying Independent Expert Evidence for Success”. Focuses will include the lessons that can be learnt from Instructing experts for adjudication and TCC litigation, the purpose of expert evidence and presenting persuasive and impartial expert evidence.
