James Watthey will present a talk titled ‘Orders for sale of liened cargo: the limits of the power?’.
Friday 27 March
13:30-15:00 | Plenary Session 6: Palm Tree Mock Arbitration – Sanctions and Relief from Forfeiture.
Sean O’Sullivan KC will introduce a mock arbitration in which Nick Vineall KC and Caroline Ziebart, counsel for the Charterers, and James Leabeater KC and Anna Hoffmann, counsel for the Owners, will present a mock arbitration session before a distinguished panel of arbitrators: Dato’ Jude Benny (SG), Jon Elvey (UK) and Richard Briggs (UAE).
