4 Pump Court barristers represent both sides in dispute about the Malmaison Hotel in Liverpool

Alexander Hickey KC, leading Thomas Crangle, has appeared against James Leabeater in AMEC Foster Wheeler Group Ltd v Morgan Sindall, a dispute arising out of the sale of AMEC’s construction business to Morgan Sindall in 2007, and specifically relating to the construction of the Malmaison Hotel in Liverpool.

Edwards-Stuart J, the Judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Court, handed down judgment on 4 May 2016 in relation to various preliminary issues.
