On Wednesday 4 December, 4 Pump Court are hosting a Technology Disputes Network event on ‘Resolving IT Disputes’. Quentin Tannock of 4 Pump Court will chair the panel session. The panel, which is drawn from litigation funding, IT expert, barrister and traditional solicitor roles, will consist of Richard Kerr (Kroll), Mike Cumming-Bruce (Bench Walk Advisors), Rebecca Keating (4 Pump Court), Nicola McKinney (Quillion Law) and David McIlwayne (Pinsent Masons). The panel discussion will include IT dispute trends, current hotspots and causes, structuring IT projects from the outset so as to maintain relationships, managing IT disputes once they have arisen and lessons learnt from the Post Office scandal. There will be opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session, on a Chatham House rules basis, and to mix with panel members and peers after the session.
Time: 5.30pm – 7pm, panel discussion followed by Q&A and networking.
