4 Pump Court sponsor the SCL Annual Conference in Hong Kong

4 Pump Court are delighted to be sponsoring the Society of Construction Law Annual Conference in Hong Kong, on 8 November 2019.

The theme for this year’s conference is Change Management and Claims. The conference will explore the typical contractual mechanisms concerning change, how to manage any such changes and the consequences of such changes.

Fiona Sinclair KC will be speaking during the morning panel session, which will focus on and discuss how changes are ordered.
