On 14th January 2019, Anthony Tace gave a lecture on “How mediation can best be used to settle Trust Disputes” to members of the Association of Contnetious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
The lecture focused on which of the two types of mediation is best for these kinds of disputes. Anthony also shared an insight in to how the mediation process can work for even the most complex Trusts Disputes and included recommendations for those who partake in and facilitate these mediations.
