BIM New Challenges, New Disputes?
Jessica Stephens alongside Tim Willis of Trowers will be speaking at the Adjudication Midlands Society on the 14th June. They will be considering the potential issues arising as BIM is introduced into the construction process as well as the liability and dispute issues that tribunals will have to deal with.
