Alex Haines joins 4 Pump Court

Alex is called to both the English and Irish Bars and is a US-qualified attorney admitted to the Bars of New York and Washington DC. His practice focuses on business crime (including global investigations and the debarment frameworks of Multilateral Development Banks), sanctions and export control, international regulatory and disciplinary proceedings, international administrative law, international arbitration and ADR.
