Alex Potts KC has been appointed to the panel of Senior Decision Makers of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
Senior Decision Makers, sitting alone, hear GFSC enforcement cases involving contested allegations of regulatory shortcomings against a licensee and individual directors. Senior Decision Makers are also required to determine the penalties that are to be imposed.
