Alison Potter appointed Chair of the FCA’s Regulatory Decisions Committee and the PSR’s Enforcement Decisions Committee

Congratulations to Alison Potter who has been appointed as Chair of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Regulatory Decisions Committee and the Payment Systems Regulator’s Enforcement Decisions Committee, effective from 1st November 2024.

These two committees are responsible for taking contested enforcement decisions on behalf of the FCA and the PSR.

Alison will remain a member of 4 Pump Court and maintain her practice alongside this appointment.
