Alison Potter is appointed as Senior Decision Maker on the Guernsey Financial Services Commission panel

We are delighted to announce that Alison Potter has been appointed as a Senior Decision Maker on the Guernsey Financial Services Commission panel. Alison will be the first junior counsel member of the panel.

As a Senior Decision Maker, Alison will determine the outcome of the Commission’s major enforcement cases including those involving findings of serious regulatory shortcomings against a licensee and / or individual directors and where those findings are contested.

Other appointments made by the commission within the past week include Ms Catherine Gibaud KC, Mr Richard Jones KC and Mr Ben Hubble KC.
