China Arbitration Week: 27-29 September 2016
Jeremy Nicholson KC will be speaking at China Arbitration Week in Beijing and will be taking part in a Mock Arbitration.
China Arbitration Week will provide a platform for international arbitration practitioners to share their views on the latest academic and practical issues in arbitration and to push forward the development of international arbitration. The Summit is also held with the aim of promoting China’s arbitration system and to improve the global influence of the regional arbitration practice.
The 2016 Summit will be themed with “inheritance, innovation and harmonization”, focusing on new trends and hot issues of international and China arbitration under the “One Belt and One Road Initiative” discussing the future development of the field.
