Carl Wall is the Joint Senior Clerk at 4 Pump Court.
He is the longest serving member of the clerking team, having started his career in Chambers as a Junior Clerk in 1990. Carl shares overall responsibility for the management of Chambers and the clerking teams which includes playing a key role in the strategic development and growth in the UK and internationally. Carl has a pivotal role in the development of international business and is a member of Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), Society of Construction Law (SCL) in the Gulf, Hong Kong and Singapore as well as a qualified member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks (IBC) and Legal Practice management Association (LPMA).
