On Thursday 30 June, Edward Garnier KC will speak at Fieldfisher’s Commercial Crime Team panel discussion: ‘Developments in Commercial Crime’.

Edward will speak alongside Kathryn Arnot Drummond (5KBW), Sara Lawson KC (Mayfair Place Chambers) and Mark Fenhalls KC (23 Essex Street Chambers) to discuss recent developments in commercial and economic crime, such as the recent and upcoming changes to corporate criminal liability, the continuing focus on environmental crime and “greenwashing”, criminal exposure from supply chains, developments in civil recovery, crypto crime, the threats and opportunities presented by A.I., in addition to contemplated changes to jury trials and sentencing.
