Fiona Sinclair KC speaking at SCL Hong Kong Annual Conference

Fiona Sinclair KC was delighted to speak at the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong’s Annual International Conference on Change Orders on 8 November. The theme for 2019 was “Change Management and Claims”. Fiona was joined by other industry and legal experts for a full day exploration of typical contractual mechanisms concerning changes on construction projects, how to manage any such changes and the consequences of such changes including the valuation of the changes, their delaying and disruptive effects and their associated costs.
