James Duncan-Hartill and Ryan Elliott join 4 Pump Court’s clerking team

We are pleased to welcome James Duncan-Hartill and Ryan Elliott to the 4 Pump Court clerking team.

James has long-standing industry experience in barristers’ chambers. He joins after three years as a Practice Director at another Commercial set. James will work alongside the practice management team to implement chambers strategy and develop client relationships.

Ryan began his clerking career in 2015. He will support Practice Director, Paul Bloxham, with the day-to-day practice management of members of chambers which includes developing their practice, diary management, allocation of new work and fee negotiation.
