Jennie Gillies to join the TCC’s newly established Building Safety Act Working Group

On 22 May 2023, at the TECBAR BSA Panel event held at 4 Pump Court, Mr Justice Constable announced the establishment of the TCC’s Building Safety Act Working Group.

The BSA Working Group will be formed of representatives from the TCC, the First-tier Tribunal (Property Division), TecSA and TECBAR and will be considering practical challenges arising out of the Building Safety Act 2022. We are pleased to announce that Jennie Gillies will be a member of the BSA Working Party. Since passage of the Building Safety Act 2022 Jennie has been instructed in relation to various matters impacted by the new remedies established under the Building Safety Act 2022 and has experience appearing in both the First Tier Tribunal and the TCC.
