On Monday 20 October, Jessica will attend Hong Kong Arbitration Week to speak at Rede Chambers’ Diamond Sponsor Panel on ‘More than Double the Trouble: Navigating the Complexities of Parallel Proceedings’. Jessica will join Gary Gao (Zhong Lun Law Firm), Robert S. Pé (Arbitration Chambers), Mary (Meg) Utterback (King & Wood Mallesons) and Kim Rooney (Rede Chambers). The session will be moderated by Norman Nip SC (Rede Chambers). Together, they will explore the complex issues that can arise from parallel proceedings in international arbitration and share practical insights on navigating them from both counsel and tribunal perspectives.

On Friday 24 October, Jessica will attend the 11th Society of Construction Law Conference Korea to speak at ‘Session 5B: Expanding ADR Options: Mediation, Expert Determination & Beyond’.
