Jonathan Schaffer-Goddard and Aphiwan Natasha King author ‘England and Wales Court Judgments on Arbitration: Shaping English Arbitration Law and Practice’ released today

Jonathan Schaffer-Goddard and Aphiwan Natasha King have authored chapters in a new book, ‘England and Wales Court Judgments on Arbitration: Shaping English Arbitration Law and Practice’. The book is edited by Kabir Duggal, Camilla Gambarini, Amanda J Lee, and Mahnaz Malik and published by Brill.

The book is a text by leading arbitration academics and practitioners on key judgments on commercial and investment arbitration in the senior courts of England & Wales.

Jonathan Schaffer-Goddard has co-authored two chapters on A and B v C, D, and E [2020] EWCA Civ 409 and Hulley Enterprises v The Russian Federation [2025] EWCA Civ 108. Aphiwan Natasha King has co-authored a chapter on UniCredit Bank GmbH v RusChemAlliance LLC [2024] UKSC 30.
