On Thursday 1st May, Kings College Construction Law Association in partnership with MacFarlanes will host a debate ‘S&T (UK) v Grove Developments: what would the Supreme Court decide today? – A debate on the Court of Appeal’s leading judgment on pay less notices, and ‘smash and grab’ and true value adjudications’.
Doug Wass of MacFarlanes, who acted for Grove Developments, and Matthew Thorne of 4 Pump Court, who was counsel for S&T, will debate the Court of Appeal’s landmark judgment, and what the outcome might have been if the case was heard by the Supreme Court today.
Macfarlanes will be hosting a drinks reception following the debate.
