New Building Safety Act 2022 Case Digest and Resource Pack

We are pleased to share a new Building Safety Act 2022 Case Digest, prepared by Sean Brannigan KC, bringing together key materials relating to the Act in a single, searchable resource.

The Building Safety Act 2022 introduced wide-ranging reforms to the building safety regime, including provisions relating to higher-risk buildings, building safety responsibilities, remediation and redress. The Government’s Explanatory Notes provide section-by-section commentary intended to assist readers in understanding the Act and its practical effect.

The publication is accompanied by an indexed pack containing the cases referred to in the Digest, providing practitioners with a convenient set of materials in one place.
