Property Insurance Seminar – Late Payment of Claims

On Wednesday 15 March, James Cross KC was invited to speak at the Keoghs Property Insurance Seminar (“Late Payment of Claims”) at the Arundel House, London. The seminar focused on the imminent changes to the Insurance Act 2015 made by the Enterprise Act 2016 which will come into effect on 4 May 2017. James gave a guide to the new law relating to the late payment of insurance claims. Others on the panel for the seminar were speakers from Keoghs and AXA.
