4 Pump Court is delighted to continue its longstanding support of the Society of Construction Law Hong Kong One Day International Conference 2023. The event will take place on Friday 10 November and the theme for this year’s conference is ‘Collaborative Contracting: Fostering Trust and Efficiency in Construction Projects’. Rachel Ansell KC, along with Scott Budd (King & Wood Mallesons) and Colin Jesse, will be on a panel discussing ‘Partnering and Alliance Contracts’.
