Richard Osborne will be speaking in London at the SCL Junior Lawyers’ Group seminar covering Outsourcing Agreements.

This is the second of a series of Junior SCL events looking at topics often at the heart of an IT lawyer’s practice. Richard will focus on situations where outsourcing goes wrong and will discuss typical outsourcing disputes, problem clauses and the application of duties of cooperation and good faith.
