On Wednesday 1st October, the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution Kings College London will be hosting their 6th Annual International Arbitration Construction Conference.

At 3pm, Claire Packman KC will speak on panel alongside Charlie Caher, James Doe and Rob McNabb discussing ‘Performance Obligations in Energy Contracts: Challenges and Solutions’.

At 5pm, Sean Brannigan KC will take part in the ‘Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution Annual Debate’ chaired by Lord Hoffmann. Sean will debate with Chantal-Aimée Doerries KC.
