Sean Brannigan KC and Sanjay Patel KC speaking at Vinson & Elkins Middle East Construction Conference 2024

On Thursday 17 October, Sean Brannigan KC and Sanjay Patel KC will be speaking at Vinson & Elkins Middle East Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Conference ‘Keeping the Faith? An Examination of the Role of Good Faith in International Construction Projects’.

Sean will be speaking at the 9:15am session ‘At the Dispute Stage’ which will focus on when relationships fall apart, and conduct is openly adversarial. This session will be chaired by Nabeel Ikram (Partner and Head of International Disputes – MENA, Vinson & Elkins).

Sanjay will be speaking a the 11:00am session  ‘Mid-Project/Execution Stage’ which will focus on live project management – how to make relationships work day-to-day, as well as practical tips on how to deal with problems before they escalate and put in place protections should you later need them. This session will be chaired by Roberta Downey (Partner and Head of International Construction, Vinson & Elkins).
