Simon is a leading senior commercial and chancery silk who specialises in commercial disputes, civil fraud, insolvency, international arbitration and professional negligence cases both domestically and internationally. He has an outstanding reputation in the UK and abroad and a deep knowledge of overseas legal systems, including the Caribbean and Russia / CIS countries, often providing expert opinions on English Law for use in proceedings involving trust and contract law.
