On 6 November, Simon Hale KC will be speaking at The Society of Construction Law UK Event: “Limitations of Liability” at National Liberal Club, London.
Simon will present his paper to the SCL on exclusion and limitation clauses in construction and commercial contracts. He will identify the common types of dispute that arise in relation to these vitally important clauses, and distil themes and trends from recent case law on the topic that will assist practitioners.
