Simon Hale to be appointed as King’s Counsel
His Majesty the King, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor following consideration by the independent King’s Counsel Selection Panel, has announced the results of the King’s Counsel appointments today.
Simon Hale will be appointed as King’s Counsel at a ceremony later this year.
Simon is one of the most sought-after commercial barristers at the Bar particularly in the areas of construction, energy, professional negligence and international arbitration.
Simon is described in the directories as a “formidable advocate” with “gravitas far beyond his level of call”.
