Society of Construction Law Hong Kong – Online Annual Conference

We are delighted to be sponsoring the SCL Hong Kong Annual Conference again this year. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conference will be held online by way of a series of four webinars.

James Leabeater KC and Jessica Stephens KC of 4 Pump Court will be speaking at sessions 3 and 2 respectively.

The theme of this year’s conference is ‘Planning for the Unexpected’. The four featured webinars will focus on:

17 November 2020 – Session 1 – Force Majeure / Covid-19
19 November 2020 – Session 2 – Unforeseen ground conditions
24 November 2020 – Session 3 – Impossibility and frustration
26 November 2020 – Session 4 – Insurance and bonds

Each session will start at 10am UK time / 6pm HK time and run for 90 minutes.
