Liabilities of a QS: What happens when the numbers go wrong?
Rachel Ansell KC and Lynne McCafferty will be speaking at the Society of Construction Law on the 19th September. They will consider the recent case law on quantity surveyors’negligence, looking in particular at liabilities in relation to procurement,costs estimating, and project monitoring.
