Sponsorship of the SCL Hong Kong One Day International Conference

4 Pump Court are delighted to be sponsoring the SCL Hong Kong One Day International Conference again this year. This year’s conference will focus on the theme of “Defects, Quality and Workmanship – Presenting the Evidence”.

Ben Pilling KC will chair the afternoon session on expert witnesses and evidence. Ben’s session will review and discuss issues including a KC’s perspective on expert evidence and expert witnesses, judge/arbitrator’s perspective on expert evidence and expert witnesses; expert’s perspectives; dos and don’ts, instructing and managing experts, single joint experts, hot tubbing, and use/necessity of experts / expert evidence in ADR.

Other topics being run at the conference include defects & workmanship, documentary evidence and factual witnesses / evidence.
