Stephen Cogley KC, Alex Potts KC, and Gideon Shirazi called to the Gibraltar Bar

Stephen Cogley KC, Alex Potts KC, and Gideon Shirazi were all called to the Gibraltar Bar on 4 September 2025, for the purpose of appearing as Counsel at a 5 day hearing before the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in a significant corporate dispute in the first derivative action brought under the Gibraltar Companies Act 2014 (as to which the Court’s judgment is reserved).
