Tech Disputes Demystified

HK45 will be hosting their first event ‘Tech Disputes Demystified’ as part of the technology disputes series, this year.

Gideon Shirazi, alongside other guest speakers will be providing an introduction to technology disputes. The event will start off with a presentation explaining technology disputes, followed by a sharing session. During the sharing session, speakers will discuss the procedural and substantive considerations when handling technology arbitrations from the perspective of counsel and arbitrator.

The event will take place on 18 January 2022, 16:30- 17:30.
