The Digital Dispute Resolution Rules: the future of digital disputes
Rebecca Keating wrote an article for the Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law which has been published in the July/August edition.
The article entitled “The Digital Dispute Resolution Rules: the future of digital disputes” addresses the new rules published by the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce (UKLT), chaired by Sir Geoffrey Vos, Master of the Rolls. The article explores the underlying technologies which these rules will likely be applied to, the nature of digital disputes, how the rules operate, the advantages of integration and how the rules might be incorporated into existing and future agreements. The rules are therefore relevant both to those working in technology but also in banking/financial services.
