The second edition of The Law of Artificial Intelligence, co-edited by Matthew Lavy KC and Matt Hervey was published last month.
AI is developing at an ever-increasing pace, more and more jurisdictions are introducing AI regulation, and real-world disputes involving AI are starting to come before the Courts. This practitioner text examines the application of existing civil and criminal laws to AI, and addresses emerging AI regulations in the UK and beyond.
