Four Members from 4 Pump Court will debate the question of “Are independent experts really doing their job?” at the upcoming West Midlands Debate in Birmingham. The speakers confirmed for the event are Anthony Speaight KC, Fiona Sinclair KC, Thomas Crangle and Robert Scrivener. Sir Rupert Jackson will chair the debate.
