Webinar: Expert Evidence in Maritime Cases – London Shipping Law Centre
On Thursday 9th December, The London Shipping Law Centre (LSLC) in association with MFB welcomes members and other commercial professionals to the centre’s 12th webinar in its 2021 global webinar series; Expert Evidence in Maritime Disputes. This session will be about how to deal effectively with expert evidence – whether facing “Hercule Poirot” or a “Hired Gun”.
International maritime lawyers and experts from various jurisdictions, including Andrew Stevens, will share and compare their experience and views on best practice in their jurisdictions, covering:
