Andrew Stevens will be speaking at the Young Maritime Lawyers Association 2019 Seminar which is taking place in Hamburg, Germany on 21-22 June 2019.

Expert speakers at the event are drawn from maritime law firms, clubs and owners from the UK, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium as well as representatives of Young CMI.

Andrew will be speaking about the potential impact on maritime arbitration of the possible outcomes of the Supreme Court’s determination of the appeal in Halliburton v Chubb Bermuda Insurance [2018] EWCA Civ 817.
