On Wednesday 4th December, 4 Pump Court will be hosting a Tech Disputes Network event on ‘Resolving IT Disputes’.
The panel, which is drawn from litigation funding, IT expert, barrister and traditional solicitor roles, will consist of Rebecca Keating (4 Pump Court), Richard Kerr (Kroll), Mike Cumming-Bruce (Bench Walk Advisors), Nicola McKinney (Quillion Law) and David McIlwaine (Pinsent Masons). Quentin Tannock (4 Pump Court) will chair the session.
The panel discussion will include:
– IT dispute trends
– Current hotspots and causes
– Structuring IT projects from the outset so as to maintain relationships
– Managing IT disputes once they have arisen
– Lessons learnt from the Post Office scandal.
There will be a Q&A at the end of the session, on a Chatham House rules basis, and to mix with panel members and peers after the session.
This will be a great opportunity to gain insights into IT disputes and how to manage and resolve them, from leading IT solicitors and litigators. Learn what works and what does not from peers in the IT sector.
