Arbitrators

We have significant experience of acting as counsel in commercial arbitrations, both domestic and international, and more senior members of 4 Pump Court regularly accept appointments to act as arbitrators in such disputes.

Our arbitrators accept appointments direct from parties and via arbitral institutions, such as DIAC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, KLRCA, SIAC, and the Swiss Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to appointments in London-based arbitrations, 4 Pump Court arbitrators are called on to travel to distant jurisdictions, such as Australia, Hong Kong, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, the UAE and Vietnam, as well as to the leading arbitral centres nearer to home in Europe.
