Sam Penny

Sam Penny works closely with Niki Merison and Maddie Carr as part of a clerking team.

Sam started his clerking career at 4 Pump Court in 2007 and is responsible for the development of Chambers’ domestic and international Construction practice. He is a qualified member of The Institute of Barristers’ Clerks (IBC), having successfully completed the BTEC Advanced Award in Chambers Administration for Barristers’ Clerks. Sam is also one of our contact points for Direct Access enquiries.
