James Tanner works closely with Paul Bloxham and Kendal MacArthur as part of a clerking team and is closely involved with the growth and development of Chambers’ Shipping practice.
James is responsible for the management of a number of barrister’s practices. He has extensive experience in all levels of fee negotiation, case management and the listing of hearings. He has been described as ‘particularly helpful’ in the legal directories.
James is a qualified member of The Institute of Barristers’ Clerks, having successfully completed the BTEC Advanced Award in Chambers Administration for Barristers’ Clerks. He is also one of the contact points for Direct Access enquiries.
James joined 4 Pump Court from Quadrant Chambers in 2019 and moved into a Practice Manager role in the early part of 2020.
