Alex Potts KC admitted as a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court

Alex Potts KC has been admitted as a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court (‘SICC’), under section 36P of the Legal Profession Act 1966.

Alex’s admission as a Registered Foreign Lawyer coincides with the recent announcement by Singapore’s Ministry of Law of the new bilateral treaty between the Governments of Singapore and Bahrain for the establishment of a new Bahrain International Commercial Court in Bahrain, and a designated body in Singapore to hear appeals from the BICC.
