Alex Potts KC appointed to the Legal Services Panel for the Government of the British Virgin Islands

Alex Potts KC has been appointed to the Legal Services Panel for the Government of the British Virgin Islands.

The role of the Legal Services Panel is to advise and represent the Government of the British Virgin Islands in a wide range of civil and commercial legal matters. Appointments are for an initial period of 2 years.

Alex Potts KC’s practice covers all areas of commercial litigation, international arbitration, and public and regulatory disputes. Alex has extensive experience of complex disputes in the fields of banking, financial services, investment funds, (re)insurance, professional negligence, company law, trusts, fraud, asset recovery, and contentious insolvency.

Alex’s practice also covers public, constitutional and administrative law (including the laws of the British Overseas Territories), regulatory law, telecommunications law, employment law, planning law, and environmental law.
