On Thursday 18 April Alex Potts KC will be speaking at the Chancery Bar Association: Geneva Conference.

Alex will be on a panel alongside Jennifer Haywood (Serle Court) and Thomas Robinson (Wilberforce Chambers) titled ‘Arbitration: Issues in Shareholder, Insolvency and Trust Disputes’. Alex will specifically be addressing arbitrability of insolvency and trust disputes in offshore jurisdictions.
