Andrew Stevens speaks at IDRC for LSLC talk

Andrew Stevens spoke on a panel with Mr Justice Foxton and HHJ Pelling KC – the Judges in Charge of the Commercial Court and the London Circuit Commercial Court respectively – along with Sally-Ann Underhill, a partner at Reed Smith (London and Athens).

The event took place on 19 July 2023 at the IDRC in London under the auspices of the London Shipping Law Centre Young Maritime Professionals.

The panel addressed the benefits of litigating in the London Circuit Commercial Court and the differences between that court and the Commercial Court.
