James Leabeater will be speaking at The London 2016 International Commercial Law Conference.
The two day conference is a joint undertaking of the Commercial Bar Association of Victoria and the Commercial Bar Association of England and Wales. It is an exciting initiative of the Melbourne and London commercial Bars and will bring together commercial dispute resolution lawyers from Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia.
James will be speaking in the 6th session – State Courts and International Commercial Arbitration: A Comparative Analysis – joined by Carolyn Sparke KC (Victorian Bar, Patterson’s List) and Albert Dinelli(Victorian Bar, List A and 20 Essex Street).
The conference sessions will be held in the Parliament Chamber of Inner Temple.
